TUNE started with a “Kick-off meeting” in France between two youth workers from each involved country (France, Italy and Turkey). This meeting gave us the opportunity to share responsibilities, discuss the content and structure of the project plans, project goals, working relationship, approving project management plans and quality; partners indicated the professionals involved in the project and set deadlines.
