Through the local workshops we have facilitated cross-cultural exchange and cooperation for young people from different countries and backgrounds. The objectives were to enhance musical skills, promote cultural understanding, and develop new partnerships among participants.

We implemented a range of activities to achieve our objectives, including workshops, training sessions, intercultural activities, joint music-making, and public concerts. Local workshops took place in France, Italy and Turkey for 24 weeks from December 2023 to May 2024 enhancing social inclusion of young people through amateur choirs. We engaged with young people who are in social exclusion, people who have interests and or some skills for a music choir.
Audiences and local communities also benefited from this activity.

The local training generated a variety of impacts such as promoting inclusion and diversity, common values, civic engagement and active participation, fostering equality and non-discrimination, creating and improving opportunities for creativity, arts and culture included promotion of alternative forms of participation.

Due to the local training, participants had the opportunities to discover and improve their musical skills.
This ambiance allowed them to get rid of social exclusion and active participation in the community. We also emphasised the cultural aspects of traditional and local music in the context of social inclusion with integration into the local community.

After the local trainings, choir made a public live performance for the local community.
